I’m Arya, a software builder based in Maryland. My work sits somewhere between engineering, data, and the questions I can’t leave alone.
Which room should an artist play? How do we compare basketball players across eras? Can a simulated driver learn a better racing line? I follow those questions into the data, build the system, and make it something people can explore.
That approach shaped my work as a founding software engineer at Knook from June to August 2026 and continues in my graduate studies in Information Systems and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Maryland. Before that: computer science at Penn State, research automation, and market research in Pune.
